On June 9, 2026 local time, the overseas service team of TYSIM Piling Equipment(hereinafter referred to as "TYSIM") Co., Ltd. joined local Caterpillar service engineers in a Middle Eastern country for the Global Service Tour. Leveraging global service collaboration, they ensured stable operation of customer equipment and further deepened the strategic partnership between TYSIM and Caterpillar.
此次服务万里行聚焦泰信明星机型KR360M卡特彼勒底盘多功能旋挖钻机，该机型为中东市场深度定制，搭载卡特彼勒原装底盘，兼具高稳定性与多工法适配性，可高效应对当地复杂地质施工需求，深受中东客户认可。服务团队深入施工一线，严格执行全流程维保标准，开展设备全面检修、性能校准、故障排查及保养指导，精准解决客户设备操作、日常维护、工法应用等各类问题，保障 泰信卡底钻机持续高效作业。
This Global Service Tour focused on TYSIM's star model KR360M multi-functional rotary drilling rig with Caterpillar chassis. Tailored for the Middle East market, it is equipped with genuine Caterpillar chassis, delivering outstanding stability and versatile working capabilities to handle complex local geological conditions, and has won wide recognition among regional clients. Our service team went to job sites to conduct full-process maintenance, including comprehensive equipment inspection, performance calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance guidance. We resolved issues regarding operation, daily upkeep and construction methods, ensuring the steady and efficient operation of TYSIM rigs with Caterpillar chassis.
